We map IT infrastructure, systems used, vendors, contracts, and current state. We identify urgent problems and priorities. This stage usually takes 1 week.

Defining scope and cooperation model

We define what we take over (helpdesk, infrastructure, security, M365), availability hours, ticket channels, and escalation procedures. Transparent agreement — you know what you pay for.

Service takeover and employee onboarding

We inform employees how to submit issues, configure monitoring and helpdesk systems. Smooth transition — employees immediately know what changed in IT service.

Ongoing service and monthly reports

Daily work: ticket resolution, administration, monitoring, security. Monthly report: number of tickets, response times, completed tasks, planned actions.

Depends on needs — we offer both models. Full outsourcing replaces the internal IT team entirely. Partial outsourcing supplements the existing team with missing competencies (e.g. security, M365) or capacity (e.g. after-hours support). We adjust the scope to your situation.

Yes. We handle remote environments through secure connections — most matters don't require physical presence. For locations requiring on-site intervention, we agree on availability and geographic coverage before signing the contract.
